“Sarah and Sandro were very responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. They happily worked around our schedule and made sure we were fully informed throughout the process, which was important for us as this was the first time we have had this sort of work done. Sandro and Aaron were very professional and did a terrific job making our floors look new and they really brighten up the room. A large section of floor that required repair is only barely noticeable, and only if you know where to look. The floors as a whole look immaculate. They even completed a section where I fridge normally sits and repaired and re-finished an open broom cupboard without charging any extra (after confirming ok with us). Most importantly for us, the Insight crew were extremely trustworthy. We had to leave the keys with them for a few days to perform the work and everything was exactly where we left it when we returned. We were really pleased with the high quality job performed for such a reasonable price. We can’t wait to get home again today to see the floorboards, and can’t wait to have the time and budget to get more work done by Insight Flooring.”
